The Brillo Parlante of Tipicamente Sapori di Sicilia, is located in Via Umberto n. 30 in Randazzo (Catania), practically on the slopes of Etna, the largest volcano in Europe, recently proclaimed a Unesco heritage. A mysterious presence that for millennia has dispensed wealth and fruitfulness.

For years the aromas and flavors of the Etna territories have been enclosed in excellent, full-bodied and robust wines, such as Etna DOC Red or White. There are numerous food and wine tours available in the province of the Etna villages, the city of Randazzo is part of the city between the Wine Trails and the National Association of Wine Cities. In their territories there are prestigious wineries, with production of wines of recognized quality.

Our small family-run Trattoria is one of the obligatory stops on the Etna Enogastronomic trails, a perfect mix of culinary professionalism, courtesy and availability of all its staff, without forgetting the attention and care put into creating a characteristic environment and relaxing, led to the immediate success of the place, visited by many connoisseurs.

The internal room, with 20 seats, offers a perfect place for lunches with typical cuisine or just to relax, chatting and enjoying a glass of wine with an amazing platter of typical cold cuts and cheeses.

Our memorability are the stuffed sandwiches: we have something for everyone! To appease hunger pangs or simply to have a quick lunch without wasting time, all with top-quality ingredients with a unique and inimitable taste. We have always been committed to serving our customers with competence, courtesy and above all a lot of passion for our work.
